About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Can you help me with RB825935686CN please?

It says "Opening " since Sun, 27 Oct 2013 18:08:00 GMT , no news from it ever since. Please , i have been trying everything.

You should have contacted the sender earlier. It's been so long. The sender can help you contact the China Post and see if there was something wrong with your package.

Let me give you a small advice. As soon as you buy something from China through China Post. Start pestering the seller from day one itself. This will make the sender a little worried about your package.

I will know that from now on. I have been writing to the seller , we kept in touch , he say'd it's fine , the package will be here , and that there is nothing to worry. Thank you for your reply , but At this time , what can i do?

Then keep bothering him and ask him to call China Post on your package tracking status. Tell him you need it urgently. If it can't arrive quickly, you will won't take it and ask for refund.
