About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Item status stuck at "collection"

Hi please help me. My item stuck at the status "collection" for over a month ! What is this mean and why is the status dont changes? Please help me im waiting for my items too long. My tracking number is: RB730161907CN. Thank u !!

You should call the sender. If your package was stuck, he should have been aware of this.

what does collection means ? its not in transit ?

Collection means that China Post got your package.

if they got my package why is taking so long to ship it to my countery ? the status not changing..
