About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

I am holding Indonesian passport but Ima a permanent residence of united stated of America. I will be flying from Canada to Indonesia and stop Beijing airport. Am I eligible for 72 hours free visa? T

No, but you can enjoy 24 hr free transit in Beijing.

Does the 24 hours permit count by the time we arrived at the airport ? I will be arrived at Beijing 08/10 at 5 pm and will be departure again on 08/12 at 8 am. Can I just used it on the full day of 08/11? Thank you for your information

I am afraid not, the 24hr free stay starts when you arrive at the airport. You need to apply for a transit G visa in advance in USA.
