Kaifeng and hotel in yuntaishan

Which one are the best way to go KF from Zhengzhou, between bus and train ?

Should I reserve hotel in Yuntaishan in advance ?

Since there are bullet trains between the two places, so the train is the best choice.
When do you go to the mountain? In my opinion, in order to get your suitable rooms, you need to book in advance.
