For Cangzhou, do you refer to the one in Hebei Province?
If so, there is only one train, T254, operating between the two places. This only train takes about 24 to 25 hours.
If you think it so long, you can fly to Tianjin first. Then take the bullet trains from Tianjin West Railway Station to Cangzhou.
