item CP280906573CN, can you help me to know what is happen?

hi, i checked this items CP280906573CN in our post office in Kuwait they didnt received yet. the items was shipped from china in 23 February 2014 to kuwait but till now didnt rich to kuwait. so please what i should be do.thank you

This is what I got. I don't know if your parcel is still in Beijing. You might call the sender and see if he got any update. If there was something wrong with your parcel, he would be the first one to know it.
