Visa for Great Wall Marathon on 17-05-2014

I am a resident of Chennai, Tamilnadu, India and going to Register for Great Wall Marathon with 6 days ( 14 - 19 May 2014 ) Itinerary. I would like to Know whether getting the required L type is easy if i submit my application to CVASC in Delhi, with confirmed Round trip Ticket & registration details which includes 6 days itinerary & Hotel Accommodation.
