HI,I am planing to go to LY for Peony festival .When is the good time to go that doesnot clash with local public holidays . And also what hotels would you recomend that is convenient ? Close to transport ,shops and eating place ?How many days will i need ?Thanks

The time for this year is not announced, but according to the previous records, it usually starts around the April 5 and last about one month. If you do not want to be crowded, you need to avoid the May Day from May 1 to May 3. It is highly recommended to go in mid April and pick up one day from weekdays. For hotels, it is suggested to pick one near the Wangcheng Park. The Penoy Hotel near the park is suggested. I think two days are enough.
