what is the cheapest hotel in hongkong disney land and how much would it cost?

You mean the cheapest hotel inside the Disneyland Resort?
If so, I am sorry to tell you that both of the two hotels there are expensive. Comparatively, the Holloywood Hotel is much cheaper, around 2000HK$ per night.
