About:China Postal Service

Made order from HBC360.COM 11.11.2113 order RB868783736CN not received upto today 15.02.201

I made an order in November 2013 for $553 Dollars for items from HBC360.COM as of today 15 Feb 2014, this has not been received. they claim they sent the order tracking number RB868783736CN. CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP How can I get my refund.

Ask them if you can have a copy of the delivery and then contact with the seller for resend or refund.
