About:Year of the Dragon

I'm a dragon that wants to marry outside my race is the dragon supposed to marry dragons or what ?

Generally, your best matches are rat, monkey and rooster, so it is best to find a person with any of the signs. Anyway, with a dragon, it shall be fine to be together, as long as they leave enough personal space for each other!
