About:China Postal Service

Where is my package CP287683028CN

My package was sent on 1/16/2014 and still when I put in the tracking number it tells me 0 items found.
Is there anyway to find out where it is?

Oh, it is abnormal though. You'd better confirm the tracking number with the sender first!

Are you sure that your package was sent via China Post? I tried to search your package but got nothing.

I have confirmed with them twice and they assure me that it is the right number. They have even sent me 3 different pictures of the product. The supplier is shuying zhang. I really need some help on this one.
