About:FAQ on China Postal Service

My Parcel is stuck at NULL

My Parcel's (RC428037284CN) state has been NULL since the 20 of January, please help. The package is supposed to come to Mauritius.

Don't worry! Null here mean that on Jan. 20, your parcel was delivered to Beijing Capital Airport, PEK, for customs check. Generally, the check won't last longer than a month! So it should have left China for the destination by now! You can just wait!
