About:China Postal Service

Ru487408180gb ?????

I posted the above parcel on the 27th of jan 2014 and the tracking still says preparing dispatch from the 31st jan, any ideas why or what I can do ???? Thank you

Generally, the online update is slower than the actual status. Therefore, your parcel should have left China by now. Just wait for it patiently!

My parcel left the uk on 27th January, it's now been 14 days since it arrived in china, it's only going to Shenzhen

I didn't choose a china post delivery, I was informed by my post office it would take approx 5-9 days

Time for a parcel to arrive depends on what kind of China Post service you have chosen. Usually it takes 7 – 20 working days for AIR and SAL mails, and 40 – 70 days for a surface mail. Should there be any delay, it would be as long as 180 days.
