cheap & good hotel near hangzhou west lake & tunxi

Question

I would like to stay near Hangzhou West Lake for 1 night and the next morning  to take a bus to Tunxi.  Can someone recommend a good and cheap to stay in these two places.  Thank

The hotels near the West Lake almost charge high. Would you mind if you stayed 1-2km away from the scenic area? If not, I know Seven Day Inn and Home Inn are good choices.
