Daughter's Student Visa extension or Fresh application

My daughter is above 18 , her last schooling years X was arranged by School in Beijing where she is studying and will passout by June this year. She stays with me in Beijing.I am working here for a multinational company.My daughters X is expiring in June this year 2014. Does she have to apply afresh from India to be with us till we depart, our time is sometime in July this year.

Hi, if she will finish her study by june when her student X expires, she can apply for a conversion to L or S type at Beijing PSB for a stay of one more month. It is not necessary to go back to India for application. You can provide an invitation letter as well as copies of your residence permit and proof of relationship (Birth Certificate).
