Would I have to declare Psyllium Husk Powder at the customs?

I work in China, and I am currently on holiday in London. I am looking to take along with me a few kg of psyllium husk powder which is dietary fibre supplement, we I go back. Will this be a problem? Thanks

Yes, I think you should declare it when you get through the customs.
