how to collect my xiashen line tickets

Question

i have booked 4 tickets for 21st february to travel from shenzhen north station to zhangzhou.Can i collect these 4 tickets at Lohu area on 20th February as i am staying in lohu?

The tickets can be collected at any of the stations or tickets office in mainland China. The ticket offices charge the service fee and you also can collect the tickets at the railway station before the train departure time, which is free of charge.
