About:China Postal Service

can anyone help with where my parcel is

I ordered a watch from china I was given a tracking number of RC031238166CN the watch was supposed to be sent early December but it never turned up now the china post website brings a link to search uk but its saying come back later which it has for weeks please help anyone

It seems that you package never actually left china at all.

Fengbao Rd Fengtai, Beijing China.
This location is some kind of a hub of a group that run various scams from within China.
