About:China Transit Visa

Do i need to have a transit visa for this situation?

I'm holding a Malaysia passport and having a transit at Guangzhou Baiyun airport to go to Los angeles. the transit period is about 6 hours.

No, it is not required for such a short stopover if you will not leave the airport.
