From HK airport to City Gates Outlet

Hi I'm planning to go straight from the airport to Citygate. What bus should I ride and when do I alight? Which bus stop should I go down?

Would people mind that I'm carrying a big luggage while shopping? I don't want to leave my stuffs at the locker as I'm on a budget.

After going to Citygate, I'll go straight to my hotel at TST. I'm staying at Xi Hotel (near K11 mall). What MTR exit do I go? And how much will be the MTR fare for that? I believe I don't need to ride the airport express anymore, right?
