How will my Apple IPAD 4 with WIFI-GSM 4G connectivity work in China?

I have an Apple Wifi Ipad 4. Please let me know if the sim card in China be compatible and can you be more specific with what sim card should I need. How about the frequencies and the charger? Will they work in China?

China just granted 4G licenses to the three biggest Telecommunications Corps, China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom at the end of last December. Theoretically, you can use China Unicom's 4G service but the charge is too high. So I think China Unicom's 3G is the best for you. Just remember to ask the seller to cut the simcard for your Ipad because the regular size sim card can't be inserted into your Ipad.
