About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

What is maximum duration for China multi-entry business visa? One year possible?

My company (US based) just signed a business agreement with Chinese company. Can I (an American citizen) get one year, multi-entry one? Assume I just need passport, photo and invitation letter from Chinese company. Never gotten a long term, multi-entry before and I will be applying from the US.

The duration of each entry issued to a multiple one is from 30 days to 180 days. And the consular officers make the final decision on your application.
