Applying on third country without appearance

Hi. Is it possible to apply China visa in Malaysia without a physical appearance? And if so, wouldn't be any problem if i get it and exit from the country where i live? Will they question me about it that I have applied in other country? Please help me. Thanks. Anna.

Hi, of course you can apply in a third country, but as I know you should be physically in the country when apply through a travel agency or by someone else entrusted. And your passport should include entry record. Some countries require foreign passport holders to provide residence permit or long-term visa for application. Once you get the visa, you can fly to China from any country as long as it is valid.
