About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

Indonesian passport travelling to Hainan province less than 15 days

Hi, we are a group of Indonesian travellers going to Hainan province for holiday. The Info mention that visa is waived. However, is there any procedure to follow, as it says need to be "organised by International Travel Agencies that have been set up and registered in Hainan Province".
Thanks.

Yes, your group should be more than 5 people. And the agency that organizes your trip must be one of those international travel agencies that have been set up and registered in Hainan.

Hi Jordan, Thanks for the reply. What I want to know is, do we need to prepare any document or submit any form beforehand? How should we prove that we are joining a tour that is approved by the local authority? Do we need to get a letter from the tour group and email it to china immigration or something? Proving the group size is easy :) Thanks and really appreciate your help.

Hi, if you book a tour with a local travel agency, then the agency will send you an confirmation of booking as a proof, or you can contact the agency beforehand if they are responsible to pick you up at the airport. It is not necessary to email a letter to the immigration.
