About:Chinese Zodiac

Tiger '62, is it a good year to change career from Health field to Graphic Desin or art school?

I was in Art Field and school then switched to Massage therapy - Now feeling want to take a year and go to Art School for painting or photography, and am wishing for full scholarship to do it - is this a good year?
