Can you help me about my orders, 3 pairs of shoes.

I am waiting to long, since 12 of January.
I need to know were are my orders, and what can i do to receive my shoes, because its a big Joke wait almost a month to receive 3 pairs of shoes, and i payd 150 U$D for the transport until Angola.
