About:China Postal Service

I ordered something via iOffer reseller package is sent via China Post

But when you follow the tracking number shows me that the package in Serbia and the activities null. Tracking number is RC186735185CN.Please help we're waiting MORE THAN ONE MONTH.GREETINGS FROM CROATIAN
