The average temperature is around 13 to 18C during those three days. it may rain on Feb 22.Since you live near the Mong Kok area, the shopping malls are easy to find around. And that place is close to the Tsim Sha Tsui area, which is the local famous shopping area and you can reach there by taking the mtr.
