shangri-la in february?

I am wondering if this is a good time to go to Shangri-la or if it would be better to wait for a warmer temperature around april or june (though I assume that will be the high season for tourism). is there anything to see in February or it is too cold to visit? Many thanks on advance!

It is still cold during that time and you can wait for a warmer time, maybe April.The best time to travel there is May to July and Sep to Oct. If you can avoid Chinese holidays, there will not be so many people traveling there. If you really want to go this time, you need to take your winter clothes.
