Chinese visa from Tripoli

What documents should I have to get one(tourism purposes) in Tripoli, Libya, being a Portuguese citizen? How long does it take?

You should provide documents showing the itinerary including air ticket booking record (round trip) and proof of a hotel reservation, as well as the residence permit or valid visa for Libya.
