About:How to Apply for a China Visa

Drink driving convictions

My husband has 2 drink driving convictions - 6 month driving suspension for his first offence now 20 years ago and a 12 month driving suspension for his second offence 8 years ago and an assault charge which he received a fine for 15 years ago. We are hoping to travel to china at the end of the year - do we need to declare this as a criminal history ???

Hi, it is unnecessary to declare this as criminal histry if you only visit as tourists. So just check NO to the item in the application form.
