Yes, one week is enough if you can arrange your trip in advance.
From Dazu, you need to go to Chongqing first and from Chongqing North Railway Station, there are direct buses for Shiyan, you can take the trains in the afternoon and reach the Shiyan at night. Then stay one night in Shiyan and take the early buses for Wudangshan. Then stay there for about one day and a half. Then take the night train from Shiyan to Zhangjiajie and there is only one train between the two places.
All the train tickets are suggested to book in advance. If you can take the flights, the time will be much shorter.1
