Staying at the Regal Riverside Sha Tin Wai with bus from the HK airport please

How long will the trip take and do I have to tell the driver where I want to get off

You can take the bus line E42 to reach GREENFIELD COURT Station in about 75 minutes and then walk to your hotel easily.
You do not need to tell the bus driver where you need to get off. You just need to listen to the announcement in the bus to get off the bus on your own.
