About:Chinese Embassy in Mexico

Visa application from Colima

I am in Colima, really far from Tijuana. May do my Visa application on-line or by mail?

I am afraid that you can't apply online or by mail since many Chinese embassies clearly state that online or mail applications are not accepted.
