About:China Visa Exemption

Is visa required for a business trip in china?A Philippine nationality working in Saudi Arabia.

I am on my vacation here in the Philippines and my company in Saudi Arabia asked me to visit shanghai to check a machine which my company bought few months back.

Yes, you should apply for a M type, I think. An invitation letter from your buyer and confirmation letter of Chinese duly authorized unit are needed.
