About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

Can we use Home Return Permit before 1 month of expiry date?

I think it's ok as you stay shorter than one month in PRC. If you are worried, you might apply for a travel document from the Chinese embassy in the country where you stay. It works as well as the home return permit.
