Can we apply for visa with the air tickets we have? Please advise.

We are visiting Myanmar and Thailand in March. We also would like to go to visit Beijing. We have air tickets for Thailand Canada round trip and Thailand Myanmar round trip. If we have 4 or 5 days to visit Beijing, we would like to go to Bejing. Thanks.

I am afraid not. Because the consular officers also want to see your ticket to and out from China for application.
