RB709585312CN, I'm wait for this parcel in UK. What should I do? Please help !!!

If I tracking RB709585312CN shows that my parcel in RU IN WRONG COUNTRY,

If you bought something online, the seller may send your things to another customer. In this case, you should ask the seller to contact the customer to send your product to you or the seller. If it is the fault of post carrier, the parcel won't be successfully delivered and will be sent back to the sender. Then you can till contact the sender to resend it to you.
