I tried both of ems or usps or chinapost website. I also tried on some apps but nothing works. If you can reach the system, do you mind check it for me. I jus make sure it is a real number. If not i think that i got a scam.

This is probably an EUB Tracking number. So you will need to use EMS Tracking to find the whereabouts of this package.

EUB:
EUB is often used by eBay sellers to deliver items to USA, Australia and UK buyers. The items must not exceed 2 kg in weight. I can only check a tracking number as you have checked.
You have to get in contact with the shipper again and have them check it or go to dispute resolution if you paid by PayPal.
If this was a scam than you can flag the seller / shipper and start legal proceeding against him via eBay.
