can chinese citizens enter hk without a visa for 3 day stay?

I am travelling from shanghai to hk malaysia in February.
I plan to stay in hongkong for 3 days, then travel to malaysia.

Do i need a visa?
Can i get a 7 day pass on arrival at the airport?

Yes, you can get free entry on arrival as long as you have valid Malaysia visa or residence permit.
