to xinnanmen bus station in chengdu, how?

I have problem about getting to Xinnanmen Bus Station from my Hostel in Chengdu. Can anybody help me? my hostel is at no 98, Dongsheng Street (Chengdu Flipflop Lounge Hostel), i plan to go to Leshan Giant Buddha by Bus. Could somebody tell me the detail of transportations?

Your hotel is just about 800m from the Xinnanmen Bus Station. From your hotel, you can easily walk to the Hongxing Road, so you can walk to that road and then walk along that road straightly. After you cross a bridge, you can see the Xinnanmen Bus Station directly. I think the staff in the hostle are very kind, so you can ask them for help if still cannot tell the direction.
