About:China Visa on Arrival

i am indian passport holder

can i get shenzhen Visa on arrival. i am visiting hongkong on 16th Feb, from there i want to visit the Shenzhen, is it possible to get it there.

As long as you were issued Chinese visa before by Chinese embassy/consulate. Otherwise, you need to apply for it in advance.
