About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

I'm Congolese living in Japan as permanent resident

I would like to visit china. What I need to do so to get visa.
Is it possible to go through a travel agency so to apply and get visa?

You need to apply through a travel agency. If visit for tourism, round-trip ticket and hotel bookings are required as well as your Japan residence permit.
