where is the best place to watch the lantern festival Feb.14, 2014? please advice

The lattern festival in Xian is held in the Tang Paradise, which is definitely worth a try.

Yes last year , 2014, at Tang Paradise the lantern festival was stunning. This year on the Xian wall again it should be great too.
