I ordered something about 40 days ago. China Post status is now NULL, location PEK. Should I open a dispute or wait few days more? Thanks in advance...

You were patient enough to wait this long. So just out of your infinite magnanimity, give it another week or so and then open a dispute. Get in touch with the original sender and with the China_Post as well.

This is the China-Post phone number 1008611185.
Use the International dialing code and all that jazz.
