About:Marriage Registration in China

apply for or submit forms at Chinese Consulate

In Australia do I have to contact the Chinese Consulate to apply for or submit any forms before traveling to China to get married. If so is someone able to inform me of which forms..

Hi, you need to get a certificate of marriageability, also known as single status certificate, and you need to get it authenticated by Chinese consulate in your place. The for for authentication is available at the consulate.
