About:Marriage Registration in China

what if both couples are foreign and desire to marry in china, what requirements to we need?

Two foreigners can get married in China, but at least one of the couple should have a valid Chinese residency permit so that they can register their marriage at the place where the residency permit was issued. BTW, Certificate of Marriageability is required.
