I was born September 13, 1969. I need to know if I will have a financial windfall at the end of Feb?

I am in dire help with dental work that has do be done...3 abcessed teeth. I have lost 69 pounds and quit smoking, but inherited my mother's bad teeth. Otherwise I am healthy, but my finances are far from healthy. Please advise.
