YES. It is absolutely normal for a package that is being shipped by China-Post to be slow to get to you. This is because China-Post uses the least expensive way to ship a parcel to you. unfortunately this takes longer time for the parcel to actually reach you. Also, they don't have a better method to keep the tracking information updated once the package is in the Airport.1
